Sander Building Contractors is a custom home building and light commercial construction company. It is owned and operated by the Sander family and their team since 1992.

For your guarantee and peace of mind we are registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC Reg nr 9865)
Our employees are registered at the Bargaining Council for the Building Industry (Reg nr 04-577) as well as with the Compensation and Unemployment Fund thereby ensuring that our services are rendered within the requirements of the law.
We aim to comply with safety regulations as set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 o f1993. Selected staff members have also been trained in Health and Safety, Risk Assessment and First Aid.
